Ukapsy Capsules is a polyherbal formulation prepared using traditionally valued Ayurvedic herbs that support healthy urinary system function. Gokshura is one of the components of Dashamoola, widely used in supporting urinary tract health, renal function, and the management of urinary calculi and supports healthy glucose metabolism. It is traditionally valued for promoting healthy fluid balance and metabolic harmony in the body. The presence of nitrates, essential oils, and potassium salts contributes to the diuretic action of Gokshura. The ethanolic extract of Tribulus terrestris has been proven to possess significant anti-urolithic potential.

Kulattha

Dolichos biflorus

Kulattha is a well-known herb used in Ayurveda for its uro-litholytic properties. It facilitates the reduction in the size of the urinary calculi and also helps in the expulsion of the calculi.

Punarnava

Boerhavia diffusa

The roots of punarnava are a well-known diuretic used in Ayurveda. It is used in the management of ascites, urinary disorders, jaundice, UTI, urinary calculi, and burning micturition.

Chandraprabha vati

Ayurvedic classics mention it as a remedy that can cure all diseases and that which makes one glow like a full moon. Shilajit and guggulu which are the two main ingredients of Chandra prabha vati possess chedhana and lekhana properties which may help in reducing the size of the calculi.

Pashanbhedaka

Homonoia riparia

The literal meaning of Pashanabedha is that which can break the stone. In Ayurveda, it is used in the management of urinary calculi because of its antilithic and diuretic properties.
